Well Chesterfield are in action tonight against Graham Street Prims in the Derbyshire Senior Cup. Should be a walkover unless the Derbyshire FA notice that we've filled out the wrong paperwork or played an ineligible player. Whistle

Myles Wright with a fantastic save, pushing Toby Howard's penalty onto the crossbar.

4' Dan Gardner swings in a corner, taken by the wind, over the 'keeper and headed off the line

8' The Spireites are looking more comforable now, Dan Gardner seeing plenty of the ball.

9' Gardner swings in a ball from teh right, the'keeper's under it, spills it with Beesley lurking, but grabs at it again just in time.

12' Ariyibi, cuts inside form the left, tries a right-footed strike, well saved by Anderson in the Prims goal

14' Wicked corner delivery from Gardner, into the mixer and nodded just wide by Beesley, still 0-0.

20' Gardener rides the Prims tackles, into the box...slides a low shot past the 'keeper and past the post as well.

23' Spireites hit the bar! Great work from Ariyibi, squars to Boco who shoots, deflects onto the bar and behind. 0-0

25' GOAL FOR GRAHAM STREET PRIMS!

26' 1-1, GOAL FOR SPIREITES!

32' Gardner the Prims' scurge again, to the byline and low back for Beesley, he stretches but can't quite put it inside the post.

43' GOAL FOR SPIREITES! 2-1.

46' At the break Armand Gnanduillet came on for Jake Beesley

54' GOAL FOR SPIREITES, Boco has it! 3-1.

57' Fourth goal for Spireites! Lewis Sugden with a delightful freekick.

63' Goal number five for Spireites! Gboly Ariyibi grabbed that one with a thunderous half volley 20 yards out.

80' 5-2! Dean Oliver plays a one-two with the post and scores for Prims.

86' Armand now goes close, fires just wide of the post from just outside the area.

90' Header just over from Howard for Prims, not lying down late on and 5-2 down.

We are away to Glossop North End in the Derbyshire Senior Cup. It was meant to be played on the 13th Jan but because we're playing an FA Cup replay against Scunny the game will be put back 2 weeks.

If we beat Glossop on Tuesday we will face Matlock Town in the semi-final.

Well the Quarter-final finally got played and Glossop beat a Chesterfield XI 3-1. Chesterfield had 2 players sent off.
