Many reports saying Bilic will be leaving this morning.
Appropriately after his finest result.
Thanks for the ride, promotion, younger squad are big plusses for us.

Yes. It seems that’s his lot. At least we saw a different side of the team last night. That should make the incoming (Fat Sam) very happy.

Logically I don't think anyone can argue, with the stats - 1 win in the last 3,233 games - pointing out the fact that we DO need a change, even after yesterday's show.
Personally though I'm really disappointed. SB, to me, has the presence, honesty and charisma that we seldom see in a HC. His team is normally set up to play on the front foot..... some of the football last season was sublime, and reminded me why I started supporting our great club in the 60's.
Shame it didn't work out.
Thank you Slaven.

OK, Allardyce might be a good choice (though I'll probably never like the bloke).
It's difficult to assess Eddie Howe's capabilities, but I'd be happier with him. His Bournemouth career was unbelievable.
Start every day off with a smile and get it over with

If Slaven is to leave today then I expect the club to retreat back to its default position of panic and will choose the guy who will, in their eyes, guarantee staying up just like they did with Hodgson, Pulis and Pardew.
I'd rather see the club instead go for Marco Silva. Yes we could go down with him but we could still go down with Allardyce or Pearson (Watford were going to last season). At least with Silva we would go down with some style and have a base for coming back up next season with an attractive squad and quality football.

Sad to see SB depart, I really like the bloke.
If if is to be Alladyce then so be it. Out of all the names been bandied about I think he is probably the best option.
No matter what the club must avoid Mark Hughes, the man is a walking disaster and will be a massive mistake.

Sacking has been confirmed. Reports are that replacement will be in place before the weekend.
Thanks for everything Slavin.
I guess Connor and Filip will go back to their clubs if Big Sam is appointed

That's a shame but expected after the reports last night. With the 2 Assistants and First Team Coach going as well, that must mean that the club already has someone ready to take over straight away.
Best of luck Slaven. After my Mother's passing in April, it was good for my Dad and I to have the joy of seeing our club promoted. Thank you for giving us that.
