It seems that the Baggies are in the process of loaning two youngsters to the Robins.

Finn Azaz, a 19 year old, has already been loaned to Cheltenham and it seems that the Robins are now looking to bring in a young 18 year old goalkeeper also from the Baggies.

Thank goodness the goalkeeping issue is being addressed early as usual No.1 keeper Scott Flinders is unlikely to be available before January at least.
And Rhys Lovatt who had been goalkeeper cover for some seasons decided to move away and was released; leaving the Robins very short in that department.

Just confirmed that 18 year old goalkeeper Josh Griffiths is definitely joining the Robins on loan.

He seems to be very highly rated especially by Charlie Austin (not sure if that helps any??)

One potential problem for Cheltenham is that the lad could be recalled at any time especially in January 2021.
This, however, may tie in with the anticipated recovery of Scott Flinders from his injury.
