He picked fox for the bench and played boner in the leftcenterback role to me means he's not confident in borners abilitys there and I think we will definitely see a new leftback and possibly another center back with pace come in .
I'm guessing borner will be backup and Lee's will hopefully be sold to ajust the wages for 2 new defenders .

Great win!!! After they scored we did a great job of keeping the ball and aside from one chance in injury time we easily kept them at bay. Good team performance, no one stood out particularly!!! Definitely take those 3 points!!

Borner went off injured, thats why he made the change.

Rhodes fires more blanks is very worrying as wickham won't be here and I'm positive Rhodes will be a permanent fixture next season.
The midfield is average at best we got Penney coming back and hunt is stepping up but again there is no cover as minge is only a gap filler in games . Another good away win for monk who has certainly pulled a few out since coming if we used home advantage like we should have we would have been in the top 3 ... WBA up next at home and they are wobbling ...got to take our chances though and be more intelligent at controlling the game . Come on Arsenal make this a proper Sunday !!

Just woke up and saw the 90 + infinity as the BBC page opened but good to see they held out for the win. With the overall squad now pretty well defined for the remaining games and playing in empty stadiums im hopeful they can pick up enough points to overcome a deduction if it happens sand also not give Colin the opportunity to send us down in that last game. A few squeaky bum weeks ahead likely.

Shouldn't we know by next Sunday about the Efl case ?

Currently there is a 10 point gap but our form is so much better than virtually all the teams below us so its likely the only deduction that would hurt us is the 21 point one.

The Sky commentators said there could be news this week about the EFL hearing.

I can't see a 21pt deduction as it's a half and half case I reckon they will try and please the EFL a little and give clownsiri a slap on the wrist for being incompetent.
That slap on the wrist I feel will be a hefty fine and 9pts. |
