Whiter Shade Of Pale - Procul Harum

The opening guitar riff in the Byrds' Mr Tambourine Man was based on the organ melody of Jesu Joy Of Man's Desiring by JS Bach. Likewise, the keyboard part of A Whiter Shade was an attempt to emulate Bach's Air On The G String.
