Who's That Girl is the song that Lance the tone-deaf butcher (played by Paul Whitehouse) is attempting to sing in one famous Harry Enfield sketch. After revealing that he's only tone-deaf in English, Lance proceeds to deliver a perfect rendition of Largo Al Factotum, a Rossini aria which is sampled and referenced in the Madvillain track Figaro.
