Manager challenge's are set to be trialled if Blatter gets his way.

In my opinion stuff like this could seriously damage the game

IMO, if you put a towel on a sunbed and there's no sign of you anywhere then your towel will/should be burnt Whistle

And back to consilio's point, I think 1 challenge per half seems fair as long as it's never increased. My picking point would be, who is the one to review the footage? I don't think it could be 4th officials/referees/linesmen bcause they're all wired up to each other so it's have to be an independent "ref" in the stands

Depends on how many Krouts are there I guess Imre Laugh

Sounds like more cods-wallop from Sepp, if that's what he wants then whats the point in having refs??? It certainly would damage the game. I wouldn't mind television replays but should under no circumstances should managers have any say in it, the ref's job is to make decisions and should not be influenced...if that did happen then Palarse would be in the champions league every season given Colins history in challenging refs!!!

I favour video replays for key decisions - goals, penalties, red cards but I would prefer it to be done purely by an official in a box like at cricket & rugby league. Video replays add to the excitement for the crowd & by restricting it to key decisions, it shouldn't spoil the flow of the game but should enable a fair result to be achieved.

Additionally, I would favour all yellow cards to be assessed as well in slow time which would allow for them to be overturned.
The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Not sure why it didn't work the first time Angry

Not done the all inclusive in cancun but at Cabos, Ixtapa and Puerto Vallerta and all had 24 hr food and drink. Last place we stayed had a room fridge with beer that got restocked every day and a set of 4 optics with tequila, rum, brandy and whisky....... so I think you will be OK !!!

As for the beds there's always some more popular ones that get towelled but we've never had an issue finding empty ones

I would be against anything being brought in that stops the flow of the game. Reviewing a penalty can only be done once the penalty has been given, it cannot in my opinion be a reviewable incident if the ref does not deem it a penalty and play goes on. If the game has stopped then replays can be used, but the replay must not stop the game!!

Challenges should be kept to the NFL & MLB in the USA, leave it out of Footie.

I think video replays take away the excitement from the crowd!
