Maghoma is not that good in a sense that he can do things but seems unwilling to do so. He has pace, can beat a man and can cross but wants to turn round and pass backwards before he does anything else 
think nuhiu still has a year left after this. I don't think Nuhiu is terrible though tbh, even when he plays poorly he creates problems for defenders just by being there, however, if we aren't going to start him then he is ineffective as a sub because he has no mobility and struggles to get straight into the swing of it. We should either start him or not play him at all and bring Lavery on if we're chasing a game or a defender on if we're defending a lead
