Anyway after watching the extended shitelights! I thought we played quite well and while we could have scored more and won the game WBA could have also. There penalty was straight out of the premiership cheat book ..but westwood moving in like a sack of shite probably swayed it for the cheat who had to even things up for the premiership pussies ! And Palmer's failure yet again to be able to read the game one little bit got us in the situation in the first place.
As far as our chances and maybe Fletcher was guilty of one obvious sitter in the second half and should younger legs ( fessi or winnall ) have been on the end of Murphy's cross in the first half then maybe 2 ? But he is our top scorer and most of the time of late the best player on the park or at least in the top 3 best players constantly ! So you can't really blame him or drop him unless Monk is going to have a major overhaul ? Which with our problems and the situation we are in then it won't happen Becuase it's too soon and with little backup ! I mean I'd like to get rid of all the strikers and most of the team but it's not possible infact it's impossible so we carry on the slow death walk !
Although Westwood has to go his contract is long enough for us to get some money and with Wildsmith a month of his return it's time to say to Dawson this is you're chance you've got while Wildsmith returns to take or move on with Westwood come the transfer window ! Westwood has cost us nearly 9 pts this season which is way too much in this league were that tally can have you top of the league or in the midtable section .
Palmer is suspended which is a blessing and the biggest positive from yesterday as now we can put irofa there and bring back Lee's who may perform better with both borner and iorfa by his side !
And as for the midfield it's a mess the whole system ..when hutch doesn't play we get murdered but when he does we show no pace moving forward or not pacey enough ! Lee is playing well so it's a coin toss between him and luango ? Even Murphy's playing well ? Infact none are playing badly but it just doesn't get us over the line when it comes to finishing teams off and winning 2-0 rather than losing 2-1 that's how fine the line is in this league so it goes back to being clinical and finding that striker combination or at least at the home games anyway !
It's not Fessi and Fletcher nor is it any other combination of a 1000 we have tried over 4 seasons and 4 managers ! For a while we even threw Reach in the mix and that didn't work either ! We've tried pacey wingers in Wallace and Boyd ( bad example of pacey but you get what I mean)
So what can we do untill the club is out of the shit stink ?
