A lesson for us all ...... it's not what you've done but what you do now that counts.

Totally agree Thumb up

Johnson is getting some, not much, criticism for his comments but i actually think he is right to air his views.
Berahino was given every opportunity to live the dream and he chose to f##k it up, no one else, just him.
The only 'issues' he had was where to find his next dealer to spend his over inflated salary on.

Was just about to post this. Zulte Waregem, relegation strugglers in the Belgian League. I thought he might at least blag a move to MLS, but this is some serious non-entity level stuff. And he deserves it.

Sadly, that was the moment at which a cocky but hard-working kid with bags of talent became an egotist drunk on his own reputation. Within three months he was scowling his way through the harmless, light-hearted Albion Christmas video as if he was being exploited at gunpoint. Within six, he was trying to go Apollo Creed on James Morrison.

Remember all that autumn, we were doing our nut at Steve Clarke because he kept playing Anelka ahead of Berahino, and we were asking what Saido had to do to get into the starting XI? Not so hard to fathom Clarke's thinking in hindsight.

Looked as if he could become a legend, didn't it? Really sad.

I said about 3 years ago that he’ll end up in League One or Two eventually and only have himself to blame for it. Zulte Waregem is the next stop on his downward spiral.

They’re currently 14th in the table and finished in 11th last season so not a bad side but won’t be challenging anywhere near the top 6. They also lost their last match 4-0 against Standard Liège.
