I think you might need to revise your view!! While he has taken them to two cup semis, their fans are complaining about the negative football and tactics, their inability to score goals and the strange substitutions he is making!! A lot of them are not happy at all with him at the moment!!

Colin is exactly the kind of manager we would want but he's a blunt through and through and we could never ever trust him. He once said he'd love to manage us since it would give him the chance to sign rubbish players and get us relegated.

Its a pity Consilio and Chez have decided to stop posting maybe it was the changeover maybe it was the war maybe they don't want to anymore !!!  Pity as they always had something good to point out. Kimmy hasn't been around as much either....

Very well written, very informative post. Illuminates perfectly the politics of the club currently.  

Whilst we do now have structure in the club, and I am a firm believer in Bully's academy as the bloke bleeds blue & white. Also, the scouting network slowly being pieced back together. I do believe the way forward from here is without MM. The sooner he passes us on to someone that is willing to take the next step, the better for us.

Bully is only a coach at the Academy. He isn't the Academy Manager.

As for chez he was one of the few on here who showed me respect. He was almost at the point of calling me "Sir."

Either way I'm happy Bully is pushing the kids along, I believe it's integral for the staff if not the players to actually give a crap about the club, in order for us to keep taking steps forward, especially on our never ending shoe string budget.
It's usually always Bully you can hear on the academy videos.
