Seen it now. That happens in the centre circle, it's not a free kick. Never a bloody pen.

It didn't get better. I've ordered a steak before I go hunt down the rattler. Could buy half a cow back home for the same price but this is Larndan init?

I was in Leicester Square jjamez. Now at Watfud on the way back.
Think I'll blow the dust and the rust off the golf clubs for the rest of the away games, even though we've still more trips to Larndan to do yet. The bats have been neglected this last 18 months.

And the time before that, we only lasted for two seasons. But that's where the parallels end. Back then (1971-72), we were a much different club. We had no money and absolutely nothing had been put into strengthening the team. We had more or less the same players who took us up. From my opening match thread of the season. The home match against Chelsea. I can't believe how far we have now fallen. Wagz has gone. Deano's ill and the talk is of him selling up (maybe true, maybe not). We have played 25 games and only scored 13 goals, gaining 11 points in the process. I really, really thought this was it. We were destined for mid table mediocrity. But hey ho. We still have a football club. We still have the Championship to look forward to. What tv station does the EFL highlights these days? ![]() ![]()

Hopefully as pissed off as the fans following that. Seen one result on the way back that has made me smile though.
