A welcome 3 points but my optimism hasn’t increased much. Good to hear that for once the ref wasn’t conned by the other teams tactics and we limited the time Hutch had chance to even up the numbers. For this season I’d be happy to just avoid relegation. It going to be a few more years to rebuild enough to worry about promotion.

It was great to see Westwood back, but he didn't have much to do. It wasn't a great game but we ground out a win. If we get anything from Boro and the Baggies would be surprising to us all.
Bruce seems about 99% done deal. His assistants were in the directors box so I would expect an announcement in the next week or so.

looks like we could have won by 2 or 3 yesterday  much better ...but Borro ON BOXING DAY is going to be tough trying to keep a clean sheet  but it is BOXING DAY so heres hoping ! The strange thing is if we do win against Borro or WBA we will be looking more or less safe given another 15pts which i dont see as a problem infact the month of january looks very kind with Birmingham Wigan And Brentford at home with only poor Hull to play away may see us safe and we can concentrate on just beating the Pigs at Hillsborough in march Bruce is nailed on now and will come in the new year! question is will he get rid of Bullen and be given the freedom of shooting the rest of the shit ?
