We gained a magnificent point against the mighty..........Rotherham We setup 541 which says a-lot itself, we were playing Rotherham not Man City  We took the lead, just before HT, against the general run of play as Joao reached a thru ball and finished clinically, it was our only shot on target in the first half. The lead didn't last long in the 2nd half as Rotherham took about 20 secs to equalize, Smith put through against our slow back line and he finished well too. Not much later Rotherham were ahead after a Dawson clanger, Towell's 25 yard effort squeezing thru his hands. Cue Jos Out chants and "Your getting sacked in the Morning" chants from both sets of supporters. Joao then came to the rescue heading in from Pudil's cross. Both teams had chances to win it but the game ended in a draw.

THE MATCH



We head off to Wales to take on Swansea City next. The Swans have made a so-so start to the season, lying in 12th place, with 8 wins & 8 defeats. No more Carlos in charge, with relatively unknown Graham Potter now in charge. The Swans will be looking to bounce back after getting relegated last season but will need to be more consistent. They have McBurnie up front who was on loan at Barnsley last season and several other players who played for them in the Premier League.

The weekends starting a bit brighter as the Pigs have lost can we pull off the correct sheffield double? which seems to be about as commen as rocking horse shit these days


still havnt beaten swansea since 1984 when we romped them 6-1 at home and in the same year beating them at there place 0-1 and doing the double but i suppose only 6 games have been played losing 2 and drawing 4 !

3pts is due then and hopefully minge will fall and break both his legs tonight leaving midfield empty for 2 new fresh faces for me i would play Reach umbongo and Hutch leaving the wings to penney and matiass if they can be bothered with joao and fletcher upfront as it seems Bob has turned back into dogshit again and as for the back pudil throniley and lees as hector has been even worse than van larry acken the last few games and needs reminding here here to win a contract maybe ? also i think he would work better as a sub for Hutch or umbongo later on in the game when we are winning 0-1
