Choice of 3 systems with that team. The recent 433 with Gayle rightwing, basic 442 or 4312 with Barnes as the 10.

If Barnes runs at him it's assured. 
Darren and his use of substitutes - don't start me  Whistle
I would take JRod and Phillips off at 55 mins and put Harper and Hoolahan on - more cover for RH side and fresh legs in midfield.
Put pressure back on the seals, should also help Barry a bit.
