That was a possession % game of Pulis proportions! I didn’t see the game so did a back four transform us or were Leeds just wretched?

Think I'll shut up from now on!! Fair play, HRK had a good game, but at last, A BACK FOUR.

Play 4 at the back, attack with purpose and see what happens.
Darren's execution is put on hold.
I would have liked a clean sheet and bit more thought about substitutes.
But 4 - 1 against one of the best teams in the Championship - our best performance of the season.
Well done Darren and the team.

I would say the defence was 'on the ball' today, I do not remember one heart in the mouth moment from them. Phillips found his mojo, they all had a pretty good game and I am sure DM has had them practising old school tackling, there were certainly a few in the game, espscially Phillips for his goal. I don't think it was a poor Leeds team either, we were just better at what we do.

Amazing what a difference it made going back to a flat back 4. Made a huge difference.

We still struggled at times with basics like marking, getting out fast enough to block shots and track midfield runners BUT looked a damn sight better than we have been. The 2 centre backs actually looked like they knew their jobs.

Fair play to Darren for finally changing it, but i'm not going to praise too much, because for me this was obvious and long overdue.

Great attacking performance though and it was like something from the Mowbray era with the 3 up top. Phillips looked very decent in the middle of the park too.

Lacking a decent right back and a mobile defensive midfielder who can sense danger. But if Moore sticks with the 4 and players play like that, we should definitely be up there. Hopefully he sticks with this for Ipswich.

Credit to Big Dave, at last he made the change that was needed and we delivered the performance and result we've been crying out for. It's a mark against him that he didn't do it sooner, but hopefully this is a positive step on the learning curve. Boing boing, back on track.

Fantastic performance, Phillips was dominant, the whole front 4 were brilliant really and we're clearly much better suited to that formation. Defence looked quite solid, and if we can keep producing those performances we'll be right up with the leaders by New Year.
