IMO depends on the weather but the arrangement still "sucks" - could've even played it at Ibronx!
Re Potter's disguised optimism re playing on a shit playing surface, I think many people underestimate how wily a manager Rodgers actually is and I think he'll have a better idea re fielding a suitable Hoops' team to "rip" into Hearts if said pitch conditions prevail and esp after Hearts winning certain previous matches v Celtic under questionable circumstances where Potter has tried to gain an advantage by growing long grass on his "wee pitch", one of the smallest in Scotland" lol!! Also I think Hearts are two injuries (to certain key players) away from implosion and we'll see what team Potter has to field in this semi, when it arises, and they will incur some kinda injuries by then.

Its a shame that they can’t make it a bit of a fan fest day by splitting the tickets between all 4 teams and having everyone able to watch both games. They do that here in some sports and it ends up being a great day out and good sporting occasion. As I said though, that is probably not possible in this case.

From a truly sporting interest perspective, absolutely! I think some fans will actually do that anyway and indeed "make a day of it" SCO but the numbers will be small. We still live in the "dark ages" in Scotland when it comes to this kinda stuff and what I would personally do is wear no colours and hope to watch a good match and be well entertained with no potential hassle attached to my/our attendance.

Levein has a point about wanting the game played on a separate day to maximise their support but he is predictably making too much out of this. A Sunday night kick-off at Hampden is no more problematical in terms of transport or kids being able to attend than a midweek evening kick-off at Hampden, which is how the games used to be played.
As 0762 says, why couldnt they have played it at the craig whyte arena ? Or murrayfield ?

The SPFL now suddenly considering Murrayfield as the venue for the 2nd semi-final!!?? This farce should never have happened TBF - highly embarrassing and damaging to the game up here!

Celtic want a ballot on who goes to murrayfield. I can see his point as their game was first out the hat, but its surely better for the celtic v hertz game to be featured there ?

The whole draw process was totally unfair and Rodgers was right.

What he said about the process was spot on, and he was right to ask who is making these decisions - but murrayfield is as neutral a venue as you will find. I think he got that part wrong.
