Well, not many of us were expecting much from the trip to Villa, but a much improved performance all round saw us take all 3 points. Matias and Fletcher got on the scoresheet and Fletcher probably should have had a hat trick with the chances he had. Villa's goal was cracker and will be up there for goal of the season. Back into the top half of the table we went with the win, if we stay there is debate-able as the performances we have put in this season have been up & down

Next up is those Scumbags from West Yorkshire - L**ds. They are actually top of the table at the moment after a good start to the season, but did lose there last match, at home to Birmingham. We did the double over these last season, 3-0 at Hillsborough and 2-1 at Ellend Road. Would love another 3-0 scoreline but I think this will be a close fought game.

I'd happily take a point before KO to be honest. this will be a test for us. Will Jos stick with the 352? I thought it worked great and stopped Villa from playing, forcing them to push up opening the game.

beinteresting Frightening to see what josses tactics are going to be against balsa boy ! as he is counter attack with speed exactly how we played against Villa ! do we play the same then as against villa and go 50/50 with the scum and hope we come out on top or something different ? we cant play possesion thats for sure we will set ourselfs up for a hiding

another note is that obviously we play 2 gams at home with the fixture against west brom next week and 6pts could have us in top spot by next thursday if we can push these next 2 games through it might just change the course of the season ? its top spot or midtable basically !!
