Dundee v Hibs, Sat 22 Sept, KO 3.00pm

Well this is a welcome away league fixture v bottom placed Dundee on 0 pts and IMO their manager, Neil McCann, "on the brink". Viewing their recent 4-0 thrashing at Ibronx and noticeable that their defence is absolutely "mince". Also Kenny Miller suspended after picking up a straight red card. We must win this match and win it well - no excuses!

Those of us who supported the club over many years will know that we have a history of shooting ourselves in the foot when it comes to clubs who we should beat easily, especially ones on longish loosing runs.
For the sake of our supporters sanity we need to win well without conceding a goal and that would put us right back in the race for a top 3 spot.

Aye wattie this is exactly the kind of fixture we are likely to drop points in.

I'd love to hammer them and see that wee dick mccann get his jotters.

Good result which should help build our confidence for the games ahead. Seems like our new additions are fitting in well with Neils plans.

3 going on 10 mair like!

Boyle has turned into some player, and milligan looks like he is going to slot into the midfield nicely. A good professional job done, really impressed with how we felt our way into the game and then smashed them. Dundee aren't very good admittedly, but the purpose and intensity right from the re-start was something else, clearly the gaffer had had a 'word' in the dressing room.

We have had a torrid time with injuries of late, still some way til we can get a properly settled team in place. But its looking a bit better.

Saw it SCO - amazing technique. Its an absolute belter.

Mcginn is an excellent player. He's worth double what villa paid us.

How is Bogdan doing? Clean sheet at least yesterday, poor guy didn't get much of a chance at Liverpool, though dosent look like he`s had much chance with you as yet

I think Bogdan's form has been a bit "up n down" with some poor goals occasionally lost at his near post. Many Hibs fans would like to see Rocky back in the team but he's still recovering from injury.
