Well we got what we all thought would happen. Thought we did OK until Hutch had a moment of madness to give them a penalty which was duly put away and from then on there was only one winner. Brentford eventually got a second and could have had 3 or 4 more if not for Dawson making a bunch of decent saves. Now we wait to see how long Reach will be out for after picking up a knock in the warm-up, probably 6-8 months as is the norm these days for Owls players

Onto the next match as Millwall make the journey north. They are yet to lose this season and that will more than likely continue on Wednesday night. We went 433 against Brentford but I expect us to go back to 352 for this fixture. Millwall have beaten Derby and should have beaten Middlesboro on opening day but conceded 2 late goals to draw. Millwall just missed out on the playoffs last year and will be hoping to go one better this season.

Joost van Aken went for a scan yesterday. Still waiting for the results on his scan. Is definitely not available for the next two matches, according to Luhukay.

Adam Reach is a “possibility” for Millwall, says Jos Luhukay .
Will check on him after training later today.

I agree, does it even matter anymore? The players are apathetic, the tactics are dull as dishwater.  I think we could assemble 11 lads and give the first team a few problems
