Beaten by a better team in the end. They controlled the midfield in the second half, we came back in extra time but couldn’t find a clear chance let alone a goal.
Been a very good tournament for England and this team certainly should get better with this experience. The only thing we need to do is find that midfield general with flair, we have the forwards and defenders, but we lost this in midfield.
Hope Croatia go on to win it so that we get a new name on the trophy!!

The insistence of Young & Sterling throughout the tournament cost the team. Sloppy passing and the inability to run at a man needs to be dealt with.
They absolutely bottled it last night, after half time they were out of ideas. Hoofing the ball in to midfield and watching it come back. You can't absorb that pressure for 40 minutes.
The positives are that this young team have potential and already look better than Gerrard and Lampards era of England. The biggest problem is the tactics. Take the chain off some of the players, press the ball and run at players and I reckon we can be there next time around.
