It was a deserved win against a team that sat back with 10 defenders in the 2nd half, previous England teams wouldn't have scored the winner and we would be talking about a draw instead of a win. We need to be more positive when we have so much possession, you saw that when Rashford and Loftus-Cheek came on and ran at them resulting in us getting in behind them a few times. We need that creativity against Panama and then maybe dial it back against Belgium.

Yep! It was another crap match and halfway through the second half I described it as huff-puff footie synonymous with many previous Engerland performances - single dimensional footie. The winning goal? A needless corner given away by a negligent Tunisian defender with 3 mins remaining, no defender at the post to stop that Kane header and no 'man marker' policing Kane at such a late stage of the match - crazy! You should still be debating another 1-1 draw - fortuitous what although I must say the conceded pk was 'soft'! Agreed that goal was a 'get out of jail card', no doubt, and quite a lot of Engerland players already looked fooked after this game. High 20s humid heat prob a big factor for this effect!
