The Owls v Reading FAC 4th Rd Match Thread
what big job the way we are playing ? if we drew every game form now till the end of the season it would be enough ? i think the cup has helped us aswell get over shit teams coming to Hillsborough and thinking they can just turn up and we will xxxx it up !! Jos has put that one to bed even with Bob upfront Whistle

the next 3 league games are all very winnable aswell Thumb up the fiddlers are blowing hot and cold with mr boredom incharge Thumb up Birmingham are just dogshit and then its our 3 fingered friends who we always win or at least draw Whistle 7 pts from this lot and the seasons over and we can then get on with enjoying the cup Smartass Smartass

Player of the month vote time ! mine went to venessa Thumb up as hes played all but one of the games and has been solid throughout Thumb up Pudil has played 2 100% games and he was close for me with wildsmith and dawson Thumb up Reach has also been good along with 2 good games from Bob & matiass Thumb up its crazy isnt it that we hounded carlos to swansea Whistle if only this was the start of a new season Doh

It a tough choice for POM, alongside Wildsmith, Pudil and Venancio, you could probably add Joao for his league performances. Reach has become very consistent so should also be in with a shout.

My POM would be Joao because I don't count cup games. Thumb up

And imre, stop banging on about that stupid cup.   Doh

Wildsmith got my vote, Vernaccio a close second!

If Westwood was to be sold in the summer, I wouldn't be disappointed as I believe Wildsmith would step up to number one, with Dawson being a great second choice!

who does everyone fancy in the next round?

In reality I would take anyone at home. If its not a prem team then we have a chance of getting to the quarter finals and if we get a prem team we will have a decent crowd, either way we have the chance to rake in more money. So far our cup run has probably added 300,000 quid to the coffers, get a couple more rounds with home games and that will become nearly 1m, that is moeny we need and the reason why we have to take it seriously at this stage.
