After watching the highlights i must say on another day it could have finished 3-0 to wednesday ! the keeper pulled of 3 realy good saves so better Thumb up

but look at the opposition and it tells the story of a team that make hard work of even the simple things Doh

and the difference yesterday was that the ref blew for offside and carlilsle didnt counter attack and score like whats happened all season Thumb down

we have alll the ball but dont score and then we get punished through sloppy defending Doh

again for me the only wat to go next week is play 5 defenders van acken if hes fit infront of the other two loovens and venancio and hopefully hutch infront of them in the middle Thumb up

do not play jones or butterfield they are a complete waste of time they lose the ball and slow the game down too much we are better off without the ball than holding onto it with these planks Thumb down

play boyd & reach at either side of hutch and they can attack it when they get it and do a better job Thumb up

and joao and Hooper for pace and skill Thumb up

played in a 5-3-2 then

thats the only option i see due to have terrible center halfs and a non exsistant center midfield Doh

well done to the scum they have managed to be the biggest shock of the third round Thumb up

Positive news for friday and Brooks is out injured so he wont be making our defenders look stupid !

Pretty sure he would have known that before he took the job. Very best he can do this season is lead us to a mid table finish. Worst? Don't even want to think about it.

He needs to get rid of Nuhiu, Jones, Rhodes, Fletcher, Palmer, Loovens, Westwood.

Don't know whether it's possible but he should def look into that Butterfield/ Winnall swap. Is there any way Derby could have Rhodes instead of Winnall? Maybe the deal can be reversed if some $$$ changes hands. But we could use Winnall's goalscoring ability. Rhodes right now has none.

He won't want to let all those losers I've named (did I miss anybody?) loose, but he has a cast of charcters to work with for the exit door. Of course he'll need to bring in better quality to replace them.

Anyone disagree with me. Apart from imre who always does.

All 3 parties would have to agree to terminate the Winnall/Butterfield deal. I would think Winnall would want to stay at Derby.

you missed wallace who will have his contract terminated anyway ! matiass van acken vennacio pudil hunt and bannan are all surplus to requirements aswell !! a clean sweap is needed but i doubt it will happen !!

as to winnall im not that bothered as he has the ability of a dead llama !! i just want butterfield out thats good enough !!

Any major changes will be in the summer. I would expect a few ins and outs this window.

so with that in mind for me the weakest position is central midfield !! and ffs sign Diame or someone of this mould we need speed agression and someone who can score a goal or two when lee is fit we will have the perfect two and with Hutch if he can stay fit for 3 minutes then we should last out the season Huh

is it worth buying a striker ? Fessi will be back and he will score Thumb up

id like to see Rhodes fletcher and bob leave though so maybe yes aswell Thumb up

Central defence is also a must maybe sell lees as the others cant be sold !
