As not many weeks ago Mr Carson was telling us from his snazzy suit that the due diligence etc for any new owner would take several months I was wondering how we could have new owners by the transfer window? Perhaps the bubble of lies and fake news we are all swimming in is a time machine too.

I would just love to be a fly on the wall when blue discovers our new owners are Muslim rather than a rich Eurocrat.

I used to think DA put his foot in it quite often but AC really does himself no favours .Chris Turner was good at bullsh.it too .
But Dancing ,this is an argument the remoaners are putting across as a reason to stay in the EU isnt it ? George Osborne and Mark Carney in 2016 said Investment in the UK will be dramatically reduced and the economy will collapse after the vote .I wonder what Osborne's doing now ?.Investment in CFC by foreigners to the tune of £10m is a drop in the ocean but this is yet another sign that the doom and gloom scenario may not happen after all so don't be so worried.Im not sure how you are affected but any problems with the economy now are being placed firmly at the door of Brexit by the Media when in actual fact it is probably down to govt policy.

Blue, if Britain doesn't get a trade agreement with the EU then nobody will be able to afford to go to football matches as we will all be out of work. Its a simple fact that a hell of a lot of the major employers in the UK are European owned. BMW, Airbus, VW Audi (Bentley), Siemens, Alstom, Lafarge, Bosch, Pirelli, Renault (Nissan) are just some of the companies I deal with, that's without companies like E.On (German) Axa, ING, Allianz, Santander etc etc. Do you honestly believe these companies will continue to invest in the UK if their main markets are suddenly closed?
What really pisses me off most is that little gobshite Nigel (Trump arse licker) Farage. He leads us all up the garden path and out of the EU then turns around and says he doesn't believe it would be hypocritical of him to accept his EU pension of £73k per year when he retires !!! I honestly cant get my f*cking breath. You, me and everybody else will be paying for this for the rest of our lives. You avoided the main point, what if our foreign investors turn out to be Muslim? Will they be able to put money into the club but not come and watch them because we will be stopping all immigration? How much foreign investment do you think there will be if we don't try and attract it from anywhere we can (including Middle East Countries who are mainly Muslim)? One things for sure we wont be able to rely on Auld Trumpy, both him and Farage deserve each other, lying scheming little 2hats the pair of them. Rant over.

So there are 211 national associations in FIFA .........
Am I supposed to believe that in 184 of them the only companies to produce goods and trade are those which are native to those countries? Am I supposed to believe that European-owned companies will only operate within the remaining 27 member states of the EU? Or am I going to conclude that the above rant represents just one side of the complete bllloockks both sides talked during the referendum debate? FOR ME AND ME ALONE & I DON'T EXPECT AGREEMENT: Capital acts in its own best interests and when that temporarily favours the majority of a population that is merely an accidental side-effect. Take a look at the opulence of the European Court of Justice, or Strasbourg or Brussels, it's not exactly the jungle outside Calais is it? Rich men are getting fatter on the fruits of their own corruption wherever you look. You've no need to worry that our system will collapse if or when we leave. If it's in the interests of the rich to keep us rich that's what'll happen. If they want us to be poor, suck it up. Ask the Greeks, that's how it works, in, out, or shake it all about like Norway. The only thing that has kept the EU at the negotiating table is the thought that if we just leave it might destroy their cosy cartel. |
