they are are blot on the game of football
they are not needed
not wanted any longer
they are fine in other sports
its time to ban the football BEARDS
they have no place in the game
time players stepped up and actually shaved
not shaving is a no no
all managers should fine these players
for not shaving
says me that aint put a razor to my face for six months

I should ask your Doc to take you off those pills Quantum. Clearly they are giving you some nasty side effects.
If you really want to ban something how about all the pushing, shoving, grappling, wrestling and play acting that goes on all over the pitch at every match I've seen at all levels of this once wonderful game.
In one game last season, I actually saw an apposing player, during the warm up, practising going down in a heap and screaming as if mortally wounded; no doubt hoping to get a player sent off with his antics once the game had started.
As for banning beards; certainly not............SilverbeardedBaggie.

I'm with Q on this.
Ban all beards (over, say, a foot long), cover up all tattoos (even on legs and feet), and anyone wearing nail varnish should wear gloves.
Don't get me started on lipstick!

I was actually looking at MY missus, WC.
And I forgot to say all baldies must wear a woolly hat.

I suggest we hold a referendum and then ignore the result if we don't agree with it.
Just think how long your beard will be in two years time; you'll be tripping over it.
