I didn't see the game but all the reports on here testify to a much improved and more positive performance. I think its perfectly understandable he played Barry, Greg and Livermore tonight against Arsenal but do you think he'll do the same on Saturday at home to Watford or can we, hopefully, expect one of them (I suggest Livermore) to be omitted for Phillips in the starting line up?

I thought the 3 at the back formation worked quite well to be honest.  We created some good chances and strung together a few good passing moves in the first half.  Looked far more ragged and disjointed when we went 4 at the back toward the end of the game.  Wasn't expecting anything out of the game, but was pleasantly surprised at the first half performance.

We were denied a dead cert penalty, arsenal did not score from open play ...... a free kick and a penalty from a barge / lean that are not giving 99 times out of a 100. Match officials made the difference ......... second half with their class and confidence of the ref being onside meant that could play more freely ...

I was impressed with the way we played in the 1st half. I thought the officials were so biased it was untrue. Once their soft penalty was given 2nd half our heads dropped and there was no way back! Diving, whingeing Arsenal softies!

I feel Dawson is poor at the moment - giving the ball away far too often, and Livermore was off the pace.
