Premiership
Hello again guys
Still not the scores we have seen in previous years we regularly had 20's and 30's to drool over ........
Why is that ? Are we really that bad, or are we all just copying my scores
This week the gamball played its part as our winner DD came out on top.
He had a very impressive return of 18 points helped with the fact only he predicted a Newcastle win at Swansea,
Derby came in second with the help off two correct Scores and although BB did not predict that well he managed to get the gamball spot on which turned a sure fire negative into 10 points !!
St Charles who has a good week followed by a bad week this time was steady and will help consolidate him near the top
Zinman and Twerton remain in the positive scores with only three people dropping into negative points
The bottom of the lot this week was Sanjay with just -2 so not a complete disaster
In fact when you look at the championship table scores I think it's fair to say the Premiership players had the best of this week's fortunes
So keep going guys a good score is just around the corner and a leap up that table,
That's what I keep telling myself anyway
Good luck

Championship
Normal service has been resumed, at least for some people. Lord Snooty comes out top and maintains his run of consistently scoring in double figures (ok, one of them was minus double figures), getting 5 correct results, including the gamball. Only 2 correct scores this week, Salop's just happening to be the gamball. 4eva played his balls well, correct results for the gamball and bonus and getting help from his insurance. Congratulations to Vic for getting his first positive score of the season....onwards and upwards?
I suspect we won't be hearing too much from Minusman Beefy who proves that last week was a one-off - at least Stairs has the excuse of losing 4 points on the gamball - the only player to gamble and lose. Quantum lost out by not taking the gamble - it pays to be brave!

Tables
Premiership
St Charles extends his lead at the top of the table, but he has a new pursuer in the form of DD who moves up 2 places after nailing the Gamball match score. Derby is keeping the top 2 on their toes as Sanjay suffers a drop of 2 places down to 4th.
It’s worth noting the top 3 have been very adept at forecasting the week changing Gamball, with St Charles stats being particularly impressive. Mention also to BBB who has similar impressive Gamball success after joining a week later than everyone else. Sanjay on the other hand chose the wrong week to play his first Gamball of the season.
Amelia drops a place despite predicting her first correct score of the season but came a cropper with her third Gamball negative, while Zinman climbs a single place as he did in week 3 after being rooted to the bottom for the first 2 weeks, is our former champion getting into his stride.
Twerton drops into a relegation place after occupying 3rd place after the first week, 4 consecutive incorrect Bonus Balls have not helped his cause.
Propping up the table at the moment is Worldclass who can’t buy a “positive” week at the moment.
It’s amazing to note that in week 1 a total of 71 points were scored by the 8 predictors that week, whereas in the next 3 weeks and with 9 predictors playing a staggering lowly total of only 59 points have been scored.
Championship
The table of 9 could be split into 3 separate mini leagues at the moment, such is the split in the points.
The top 3 of Baggieone, 4eva and Lord Snooty have filled those positions for the last 3 weeks, Baggione & 4eva are nip and tuck with only a correct prediction between them, while Snooty inched a little closer to them both with a decent week.
As Zinman said, Salop courtesy of his correct Gamball was the big mover this week climbing 4 places in to 4th and heading mini league 2. Bomber moves back ahead of Beefy who had a fair bit to say about his 1 positive week in 4, reverted back to his bad old ways including a fourth consecutive incorrect Bonus Ball. Don’t look up Beefy, I wouldn’t want to lose control of my bowel movements and s**t on you from a great height………. But then again !!
The bottom 3 are all struggling to get their points into the plus side with Stairs sliding another 2 places, that after being 2nd at the end of week 2. BaggieVicar manages to climb a place courtesy of more correct predictions after pulling level on points with Quantum, another who has had a steady drop since ending week 1 in 4th.
The amazing stat from the Premiership is repeated here as well, in week 1 a total of 88 points were scored by the predictors that week, it’s almost unbelievable that in the following 3 weeks a paltry 18 points have been scored.
Credit to Beefy for the choices of matches, they’re either very hard to predict or we are all “not very good”
