So theres an interview with him yesterday on the main site about how the youth team is progressing and today its all over twitter he has left but no announcement from the club.Strange

Is it strange, or a prime example of why the optimism of four goals against a non-league team is a misleading measure of where and how the club is going?

If you can't handle communication and personnel you're a shit organisation and in the end your product will reflect that.
