Celebration time: Hibs v Saint Mirren, 6 May, KO 3.00pm

It's Hibs ultimate match of the season and it's time to 'party' in front of a big support that will turn out in huge numbers to join in the celebrations - make the most of the occasion now that this season's quest to win the Holy Grail, in two consecutive seasons, is over. However, there is a footie match to initially deal with and I'm sure Lenny will want the guys to provide a professional performance v an in form Buddies' side that is still 'playing for something'. He can also 'run the rule' over certain opposition players who may turn out to be transfer targets in the close season.
I reckon Lenny will try to play as many squad players as poss just to savour the celebratory atmosphere and experience and I'm sure our anthem, 'Sunshine on Leith' will be blasted out with gusto during the post match celebrations! WELL DONE HIBS! JOB DONE! Thumb up

Have a great time, lads. My party was after the QOTS match. I'll be in Croatia tomorrow morning but I'll be thinking of you at the weekend. Let's leave the Championship in a bit of style.

The end of an era. For all being in the championship has been difficult its also brought forward some good things for the club. The Scottish cup obviously but I think being managed by the guys of the calibre of stubbsy and now neil lennon is going to move us forward and has seen a 'step up' in terms of the clubs organisation and reputation.

We were unlucky not to make the final, but lets try and go out with a good performance before we officially move back to the top flight!

The hard work start after this game, so hopefully you can all enjoy this one before the transition to the top flight begins!!! Both Hearts and Rangers have shown that you can compete in the top 4 after going up from the Championship and when you compare it I think Lennon is by far the best manager of this group and should be able to push you forward next season.

Think we should certainly be aiming to be in the top 6 next season as a starting point. Celtic are far and away the best side in the country....then aberdeen..... then the rest is much of a muchness.

Now the squad will go away on holidays and the hard work starts when their back lots of rumours flying around let's hope neil Lennon and Leanne demoster get the players signed up and any other bussiness done sharpish so we can get off to a flyer next season

Aye! A lovely sunny day and the celebrations were great with the Buddies' fans also having something to celebrate as well! It made for a fab day and the draw was just a little 'blip' that was immaterial to us anyway! Agreed lots of anticipated prep during the close season and lotsa time for Lenny and club officials to plan ahead and be 'ready' for next season in the Scot Premiership.

cheerio finally to the championship, and a clearly delighted neil lennon at the end who clearly 'gets' the club and is going to fight passionately for us.

2nd half performance was quite good the day i thought, holt and fyvie were both good....mcginn could have perhaps done better at the goal but hey-ho.

st mirren have been the best footballing side we have met in this league, they should have a great chance of coming up next season. Their fans were great the day,and they have a good community club to support.

Next up we need to recruit several SPFL standard players for the campaign ahead.
