Just read we signed Sadiq El Fitouri. He sounds like a decent gamble. Apparently he likes to tackle. We've never had a Libyan international before, away games in America could be a problem. Otherwise don't forget your shinpads, Tope and Banksy.

Yes I saw him on telly, they showed a bit of the game didn't they? Then they went round his house.

We signed him, so that's great. That's what I want, a lad that's our player. I'd get Charlie Raglan back too, he can't be happy or improving watching Oxford's cup run.

Had his contract cancelled after being AWOL for 3 weeks.

I suppose this is why he was available to become our player ......... I was all in favour of signing him. He was ours and not somebody else's loan.

Everyone at our level has something wrong with them. I suppose this lad doesn't really want to be a footballer ......... Sacked by Chesterfield has to be the end in football terms.

Turns out he hasn't been AWOL since last Wednesday not 3 weeks says Carson.

"we have not heard from the player since Wednesday. He did not attend training Thursday due to attending a Speed Awareness Course. We have not heard from him since. He will be fined in accordance with our code of conduct and we will be writing to him to confirm our position. We will then reserve our right to take further action if deemed appropriate"
