If you bring in somebody to keep goal for you it is usually advisable to try a keeper. STUCKMANN!!!!!!!! Given the universe of goalkeepers you'd be hard -pressed to choose anyone less-inspiring, but take a look at who Bury chose; are there extra joker points available for the most ridiculous piece of management?
Clearly Martinez had his leg amputated following his injury if he can't make that team.
It looks like the left-overs at the bottom of a packet of biscuits.
If this team is indicative of our future will we avoid the drop into the National League next season?
We send out Maguire on loan, leave Raglan at Oxford, loan out O'Shea and put that lot out for the paying public ..................
Well at least we are down now. We can all find something interesting to do.

Makes me wonder if we will stay up in L2 or even that's it. I see United and City fans moaning about things which aren't even important and I think to myself do they realise how lucky they have it?

I just cant wait for Blue to try and put some positive spin on that crap. First half was ok but we should have put more pressure on them. Second half we just sat back and back and back. We didn't challenge, didn't fight and were just plain hopeless.
Honestly Danny Wilson Mk 2 should be out on his backside. We have a weak squad, weak manager, god awful board, shite director of football and totally pissed off fans. At least we managed to win under The Hump. There's only one way we will go under Caldwell and that's out of the football league.

We should send the loans back save some money write this season off, play the youth team it will give them some experience and look at building a team for next season.

For a start imagine what bringing in Stuckmann has done for young Allinson. Allinson was having shaky moments, but Stuckmann is known for having some goalkeeping ability which he intersperses with errors, so you are afraid you have a young keeper who might make an error and you replace him with experienced keeper known at several clubs for having regularly done so ........... fkerckking BIZ fkerreeking ARRE.
Caldwell went out of his way to praise Simons at Gillingham ....... so he's sub again. We bring in SEB, but then the Hump is still ahead of all the young players on the bench ........ We sign El Fitouri, but he immediately falls behind loanees. Mitchell gets praise for playing a new role at Gillingham, reward ..... benched.
New manager 2 points out of 15, what's that er 13%. Bring back Dean Saunders?
I agree, now is the time to look at the senior players we might like to keep and blend in our youngsters round them. If they can't all make the grade at least they'll have the crowd willing them on to prove themselves.
"We have a weak squad, weak manager, god awful board, shite director of football and totally pissed off fans. At least we managed to win under The Hump. There's only one way we will go under Caldwell and that's out of the football league." Who could disagree with Dancing on that?
What sense can there be in sending Maguire to AFC Fylde at the point when he needs to make the jump to FIRST TEAM FOOTBALL and we need urgently need him to do it too? Let's say he's great at Fylde, he's what, an Evo-stick success who'll still be wondering about his future in the league? And if his face doesn't fit on the west coast, what do we do on his return, ditch him or give him another year?

The shame about yesterday was it was all the loanees that let us down badly, they were worse than shocking. Evatt was brilliant, Hird, Jones, Anderson played well, Dennis, and even Ebanks Blake did ok. Grimshaw, Brown, Kack, (no I haven't spelled it wrong) and Faupala should never have been on the pitch and want sending back where they came from. They just aren't up for it.
I was pissed off yesterday and am still spitting feathers today. Our second half display was just totally inept with a bunch of couldn't care less kids. If Caldwell doesn't drop the lot of them and get in the players who are up for the fight it will be the end for me, I wont be renewing my ST's.
I don't mind losing but I at least want to see the manager and players do their best even if they are not good enough. I know we cant win every game and accept we are going down but theres a right and wrong way to do it.

Doesn't surprise me one bit Matt. It seems Evatt had a go at team mates in his MOM speech saying they were not up for it and Hird had a go as well after the match.
