But, TBH, that's what Scottish referees do. Not a week goes by but someone is complaining about our officials and in some cases,quite justified , in some others, not so. Whatever we do as fans, we ain't going to change it, so sadly, we have to live with it and accept they are maybe not the best but are trying their best. IMO, Collum was the worst but I think he has taken on board the criticism and flak, rightly directed at him and has significantly improved his performances . Just my opinion.

Think you are right IJ......in my opinion they are not biased to one club or another, but all of them are just poor and if ever there was a case for video replay technology to be trialed it is up here in Scotland!

Just seen the decision for Hamilton..... .....mind you the guy was closer to the box than the one he gave against us in the 2012 cup final  but apart from that it was a perfectly good dive Tom Daley would be proud of  

In the meantime we just have to get on with it and hope for the rub of the green.

In Thomson's case this problem has been going on for years and surely the SFA observation/scrutiny system should've 'kicked in' and dealt with such a consistently poor referee!!!!! Players who play badly are generally dropped by their manager. I see know difference re a badly performing referee in a proactive set up where there are other potentially decent refs 'waiting in the wings' to take over while the replaced poor referee is effectively 'given a rest' as clearly practised by the English FA. Thomson's last Euro footie match, Dynamo Kiev v Besiktas, was nothing short of an absolute disgrace by an incompetently poor Scottish ref who even made the news in Euro footie media circles for all the wrong reasons!! That's when an embarrassed SFA should have made the appropriate move to relegate and try to gradually rehabilitate this ref under strict observation. The SFA is as culpable as the offending referee due to a lack of proactive management of such issues and effectively 'burying it's head in the sand' rather than accepting there is a prob and discreetly dealing with it in an appropriate fashion.

They might be in the same division,but they are nowhere near the same league. Like 0762 has suggested I can definitely see sevco slipping into administration at some point,there just isn't a sustainable business model.

As for Thomson I've long suspected he is crooked more than inept.

Agreed they are vastly inferior to Celtic but I was talking more from the authorities point of view along with the Scottish media .

Sounds like Warburton will be after his pound of flesh which may put them closer to admin sooner than they think.

Oh I know mate. The SFAs slavish devotion to the old firm brand puts Scottish fitba to shame. Its backfired badly on them this time though.

Warbs and co have been stiffed out of 1.2 mill. No way can they let that go,looks for all his lack of ability that he has behaved professionally. If you sacked every one who was looking for another job there would be a lot of folk unemployed.

As for Thomson - looked at it again,its one of the worst decisions I think I've seen.

In my view he inept,but also a cheating bastard. You can be both.
