What is it with these Friday night games!!!!  I get that its on tv but for us over here its a pain in the neck as its in the middle of a working day - unless you are Imre of course!!!

So this time we see our return match against Birmingham City, a team that in recent times we have a good record against having won 5 of the last 10 games.  At the old lady we are unbeaten against them in the last 5 games and you have to go back to 2006 for the last defeat, I would hope we can keep that run intact with this fixture.

Last time we played them at home we ran out comfortable 3-0 winners, with 2 goals from Forestieri and one from Lee.  Here is the video:




THE LAST MATCH

Not a great advert for Championship football, or one to show what we are capable of, but we ground out the win and we took all three points back home with us.  Points are more important than performance at the moment but if we want to keep pace we will need to perform better against better teams than Wigan if we want to keep winning.
