My theory as to why we get no information leaked is that its now a tight circle in the club now that the 4 directors have left which suggests one or more of the 4 were responsible for letting information out of the club.We didnt know for definite who the manager was until he arrived at the ground and no one has any idea which players we are trying to sign ,normally the rumour mill is well and truly grinding away at this time but not a dickie bird at the moment .
I suppose its a good thing as other clubs wont nip in and nick them.

The leaks weren't always accurate .......... And sometimes leaks, both inaccurate and accurate, have a purpose and aren't so much leaks as turning on the taps. Tony Blair used to leak on himself.

Hard to assess what leaks or their absence mean.

The lack of leaks might also mean we aren't that close to signing anyone worth talking about.

Hope the nobody we aren't looking for and don't care whether we sign turns out to be a hard-working midfielder aged 25 or under.
