Reading that, it looks like an error of judgement by our Tone. If he can make such errors over £millions I just wonder if he's capable of running a School Team, let alone a Multi-million Pound Football Team.
If you think about it, £3.7m (at current rates) is what the average family earn in about 100 years of hard grind + related stress and ulcers. I really feel for you, Tone, and hope you can get over it by Saturday.
Start every day off with a smile and get it over with

After reading the findings and the comments made about his conduct, TP seems now to be a less than desirable character.
Will this ruling give the new owners a reason to think again about employing a person in such an important position who's been found to be lying and dishonest??

Is anyone really surprised?

The game is riddled from the top down with corruption, under-the-counter dealings, back handers to/from agents and now, convicted paedophiles.

Pulis has been proved by the High Court to be a dishonest man of dubious moral standing and it would surprise me not one jot if the rumours that he only deals through certain agents who will give him a cut from any incoming or outgoing transfer deals, were indeed true.

It started with FIFA and who knows where it will end. I abhor Pulis' footballing ethic and now, the man himself and although this all happened at Palace, a shadow is also cast on our beloved club.

Agree BaggieMan; I've always actually quite liked TP but this well and truly blots his copybook (haven't heard that in years!) as far as I'm concerned. As you say, we haven't even got the cushion of a great style of football to act as some sort of consolation.
I wonder whether the owners lawyers are being consulted about possible grounds for dismissal. Wishful thinking? ?

Personally I don't see the big deal over this. Everybody involved in the game is on the take in one form or another and you'd be very naive to believe otherwise. Legally Palace had grounds to chase the repayment due to contract terms and won the case. That puts it to bed in my eyes and we can solely focus on all matters Albion.

The biggest thief at the Albion is the now former chairman and former owner Jeremy Peace. Have any of the minority shareholders been made any offers yet for their shares? The same minority shareholders who put their money into the club when it was on it's knees? No, didn't think so!

Whilst solely looking at things from a Legal perspective he has done nothing wrong, but it's completely morally bankrupt to not offer the minority shareholders anything and I'm sure that a few million off the top of his reported £150-200 million that the club was bought for wouldn't have been noticed. Obviously under his reign we've established ourselves as a Premier League side but how the takeover was handled leaves a bitter taste for me personally now.
