The 20-year-old's contract expired on July 1 and, unlike Ethan Hamilton , Zak Dearnley and Callum Whelan , who belatedly extended their stay at Old Trafford , a breakthrough could not be found in talks.
Kehinde had previously trained with United's first team but with so many superstars ahead of him in the pecking order, he decided to look elsewhere as he attempts to break into the Nigeria national team in the coming years.

This is one of my major problems with United(Mourinho anyway) and the immoral way the EPL runs, looking at a 365 feature the other day of "Who needs what" for some club`s scratching my head thinking "Don`t these clubs have young players coming through or reserves who deserve a chance?"
logic has been replaced by finance
So Southampton dont score enough goals, open the chequebook and sign more Strikers rather than a more logical "Feed the goat" , if your not scoring enough are your players giving them the chances? Are they playing to their strengths? Is the team creating? Are the Strikers playing too deep? I haven't heard one critic ever mention it, its buy first.
So having spent 60M+ on two centre halves Man Utd are linked with Harry Maguire that's seven centre halves at the club, 400K a week on a LW/CF we didn't really need and a list drawn up of five players the manager wants.
Do we expect Fonsu Mensah and Perreira to get a game/chance this year or do we just have a system to tick a box? Is there really no-one at such a huge club who cant be thrown in at right wing? Yes, Tahith Chong, he`s 18 years old and one of the highest rated young players in Europe give him game time! If not James Wilson is apparently the quickest at the club, either play or sell!
I dont want Toby Alderweireld, Ivan Perisic, Willian or any other 29 year old player on 250K a week+
