I would have much preferred to have done the double over the Blunts, but doing the double over the Scum will have to do. All thanks to a Nuhiu brace who might have had his best ever game for the Owls. Hutch made his return playing just over an hour and Bannan also came on as a sub. It was our first win in what seems ages and keeps us 8 points from the relegation zone.

So we return after the tedious international break and look for back to back wins as playoff hopefuls Preston make the journey to S6. We lost to these on the opening day of the season thanks to a poor decision by the ref to give Preston a penalty, but the performance put in that day was how this season was going to pan out, well below par and embarrassing.
