I watched it this morning as it was on over here and you are right, Steer was walking off in anticipation of the red.  Correct decision by the ref from the replays I saw, contact was minimal, if at all!!  I think it should have been a red card for Alf, especially as if it was the other way around then it would have been a red card for Steer!!

Looking more and more like the 7 points from 9 we recently picked up was a false dawn, because if we'd only 3 points less, we'd be in a relegation spot with 7 points along with PNE & Bristol City.

Lets be honest, we are now only averaging a point a game which will relegate us, unless there is a marked improvement between now and the year end.

Finally, I'm a shit tipper and will never again forecast a win for Town and all I want now is for the Aussies to stuff England tonight, to completely ruin my frigging weekend. Sad

Well you got the last one right Mirf. Thumb up
England were almost as good for 80 minutes as Town were for the last 70 minutes yesterday. I got no end of shit last night from so called Wolves fans who never turned up for the abuse when they lost last season. What goes around will come back around.

Have to agree with SCO there - why does a keeper have to walk for denying a so called goal scoring opportunity, but an attacker who 'simulates' to use the vernacular or outright dives/cheats as le Fondler did to try and win the penalty and get the keeper sent off, only gets a yellow? FA/UEFA/FIFA give your heads a shake. Hmmm - might need to give someone a bung there to make that happen.  Where's that Jamaican chap when you need him? Laughing

What an abject performance and the players looked tired. I actually think it works against us when we have a big break in between fixtures because when the games come thick and fast, the players seem to be more switched on and up for it. I just hope we don't play like that against Ipswich or we shouldn't bother turning up!

We look really poor up front. Miller is crap and Bunn wasn't on it today. Carayol played for 15 minutes in the 1st half and Scannell was otherwise quiet (although we don't get the ball to him enough). Huws was lethargic and whilst he should have scored in the 1st half, he didn't look himself. He isn't fully fit so I suppose we can allow for a below par performance.

I am getting worried though about where out goals are going to come from. Rumour is that Best has been given a short term contract (probably until the end of the season) but I don't think he is the answer. Neither Miller or Best will score us the goals we need and for some reason, Nahki isn't in favour and doesn't look like scoring. We really dropped a bollock by not getting another quality striker in the summer and now we are suffering for it.

Wolves will not finish in the top 6 on the basis of that performance and we should have been able to get something from the game. Molineux sounded more of a morgue than the John Smiths and we didn't capitalise on our decent start.

A Wolves fan I've known for many a year and had a shandy or two with yesterday said he spent Saturday night surrounded by fellow Wolves fans who were moaning because they only won 3-0. They'am in danger of becoming as deluded as that lot up the A62 some of them down here, they'am yam yam yam...

It's becoming clear that the young Aussie boy at left back isn't good enough. He looks good at times when going forward, but his defending is atrocious. His positioning, his falling asleep on the job, his passing and in particular the appalling back pass that almost got Jed Steer sent off, shows he's not up to the job. The opposition have noted this and are targeting him, especially now he's partnered up with Muzzy Carryout who doesn't come and help him out.
So what do we do?
Stick with him? Bring Smith back (even though he isn't good enough either)? Bring Hogg back in to help him on the left hand side? Bring one of the youth team through?
