Time to bring the kids in?
#1
Oggy and the Jones boy on Radio Leeds have been arguing for the last couple of days as to whether we should be playing the lads from the Academy now, seeing as we're more or less safe.
Oggy says it's not time yet as we are still inconsistent and we need to close the season out with a bit of stability. Whereas Gareth Jones asks the question, what's the point in playing Gobern if he's out of contract, when the likes of Billing or Tronstadt could be given their chance.
What do you think? Play the boys or not?

Powell pretty much answers that in his post match interview with Oggy. The Jones boy is just being a prat as he will have heard this.

Take some more points off Forest first, make it impossible to be caught, then give the kids a run out.

If we want these lads to have first team experience then we should be using the loan market for them to gain that.

I wouldn't be so sure that playing the likes of Billing and Trondstadt would be productive against clubs like Forest,Brighton,Derby and Blackburn. That only leaves us with Blackpool and the state of that pitch doesn't lead to good football.

Leave them be for now, let them continue in the U21s and look at it again next season
