44 MF Aaron Rowe

Well he's only played 13 times so far but whenever he has played he's looked like he cares, he's aggressive in midfield and he makes things happen. He scored a wonderful goal down at West Ham and as far as I'm concerned he should be one of the first names on the team sheet.
My Player of the Season is Juninho Bacuna.

Second is Aaron Mooy, just because he's looked good on occasions and we missed him badly when he was injured, but by his high standards, he's had a terrible season. But still good enough to come second in the poll for me.

In third, another one who's had a terrible season by his own high standards and that is the new captain, all round hero, but been a big let down in that he has proven once and for all that he isn't Premier League quality, Christopher Schindler.

I also considered Karlan Grant and Jonathan Hogg, but the rest ........ nah! Blush

Mooy and Schindler definitely. Can't decide on a 3rd. Although tempted to go for Kongolo or even Stankovic, both of whom have been great when fit / given the chance.

Jonas Lossl, probably done his job better than anyone else this season
and now I'm struggling..

Karlan Grant, for showing promise since arriving and outscoring our other 2 lumps that play up front
and it probably has to be Billing for his early season form.

Not one other player deserves credit as far as I'm concerned.

Goal of the season, well I had it down as the Bacuna OG at Stoke in the cup but Grants fine goal down at WHU just tops it

For being the star man in 2 of our 3 wins this season....it has to be Mooy. Missed him when he was injured.
Lossl has been excellent for most of the season....he has to be up there.
Billing was excellent until half way through the season.
Grant for his massive impact in the few games he's been here.

Other than that.....none of them deserve a mention.

Should there even be an awards ceremony event this year? There's been nothing from the first team to commemorate, no one deserves rewarding for what has been put on show

Well Schindler won it again. Not much of a surprise there.
More interesting was the choice of the players' player of the year. Philip Billing.
Now is this a case of the lads backing him against Jan the man who won't pick him anymore? Or is it a case of everybody but the vocal majority of Town fans can see what a fine footballer this lad is?

But once again, HTFCWorld has absolutely nailed it. Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh

This is brilliant.
