No more then 6 or 7 changes to players or we struggle with another relegation battle.
No team has ever shipped out 10 / 12 players and done well the following season.

I was going to say the same thing. Look at the teams that have come straight back up recently - Newcastle, Burnley, Hull and West Ham - and one common theme is they were able to keep the core of the team together despite relegation. Other teams such as Blackburn, Sunderland, Wigan, Wolves and to a certain extent Villa have come down as basket cases with problems within the club from top to bottom and none have yet to get back up there. Where do you fit into this??

If and that's a big if, we get promotion we can then change another 4 or 5 players. We the fans have been let down by lots of the players and we don't want them in the shirts any longer. Unfortunately we still need several of them, even if it does leave a nasty taste in the mouth. Short term pain - long term gain or short term gain - long term pain. People need to be careful what they wish for?

A lot of our squad are past it, to slow, not good enough, not interested, don't want to be here or we don't want them here.
We need a big clear out ..... the restructure has already started at the top .... promotion may be harder with a major rebuild but is impossible with players that don't want or won't play .......

We need to leave biscuitmen to mcvitees ........ take the risk, .... get Nick Nulty in to do the BIG BUILD .... start again with younger, more eager players and if it takes two years to go up then so be it .......
