You're not wrong, Dubai.

It's just mind blowing that after the Hull loss, the areas we needed to improve in were obvious. Injuries can't be helped and we've had terrible luck, apparently Carlos was letting them toss it off.
Two years on and we fixed nothing, in fact, we have taken steps backwards in all areas of the Club since that fateful day.

It's this which pisses most fans off I think. There's definitely positives but they're of small consolation after the disaster that is our 150th
It was a huge season for us. Chansiri has to accept the blame for those he hired and trusted being completely inept and having no affinity with the club whatsoever.

No one looks bothered. The players don't, Jos doesn't..

The only counter to what you said is Id say the youth set up is probably better than its ever been quality wise and hopefully 2 - 4 years and we finally pay dividends.

Another thing not been a selling club has hampered us. We should have sold Foriestieri and Westwood and even Lees when we had chance. Ok we might not have gone up but may have replaced with better or might not be struggling so much with FFP. Id say all three values probably halved and a bit more.

Not selling players is the biggest mistake Chansiri has made, with hindsight of course!! I think at the time we were all excited that finally we had an owner who had the money to first actually buy players but then also had to money not to have to sell our best players as well. But with the FFP restrictions we should have cashed in on FF or Lees or Westwood and more organically grow the squad, just we have seen Brighton, Derby etc do. I hope that this is a lesson DC has learnt, albeit the hard way with us now having to do something to being us back in line. The only saving grace for us is we really only need to sell one or two players in the summer to balance the books along with letting the out of contract players leave. Bringing in the youngsters and giving them playing time so we can assess what we actually have is key to this. We should be able to replace half a dozen first team squad players from the U23s, that in itself will dramatically improve our costs.
