As I expected from the start of this pre World Cup 'sweetener' of a tournament in Russia - Germany does it again in the final and beats Chile 1-0 but with a young B side and young Draxller set up as the team captain, the youngest German skipper since 1912! It looks like the Germans will have enough firepower and back up to retain their World Cup trophy next year!

They said on the box they could choose from 50 players meanwhile the English Premier League keeps paying money for foreign players although the Under 21's played well they basically lost on penaltiues to Germany's C team.
Credit to the Germans they have the right system whilst we seem to be interested in money.

Aye! It's a valid viewpoint. Also remember the mandatory stipulation by the DFB all these years ago where young German players must be played in the Bundesligue teams thereby giving their best young players a chance to participate and that will nurture a quality experience and toughen up on temperament as well.

Yep! I'd argue that there will still be pitfalls in the development of their youth players but they have an element of 'fine tuning' at their disposal where they can 'change things' and review the improvement as it evolves. If the change doesn't work then their coaches change it again because their development system provides them with the resources and players who have been nurtured to progress to the next level. Also the Dutch KVB footie development system is another well established tried and tested system that has produced results down the decades and indeed should've played a part in The Netherlands winning at least one World Cup.
