I'd rather watch a couple of local derby's to be honest - though the fixture computer would make them something like Boro and a trip to the south coast.

considering the opposition's set up, we just had to take the 3 points being served up last night. Wells showed his 1 in 3 1 in 4 finishing ratio skills to the max last night, I like him his overall game has improved but he desperately needs a striker alongside him so he can stay on the defenders wing instead of always coming deep looking for it.

Scanz showed what we have been missing with a strong direct drive to set up Pato and I've not seen Deano so far forward to surge into the box and square it for the Albanina mafia bloke to score his first of hopefully many for this club.

Despite the changes Reading were neat all evening, scored one hell of a screamer and beefed up their attack with the subs but the game had gone by then.

We're going to need the likes of Scanz returning, Bet and Billing back strong in the weeks ahead, bloody Rotherham throwing that final relegation spot wide open with 6 superb points that no-one would have given them credit for throwing a right spanner in the bottom 6-7 woes.

Crowd i thought 8000 bums on seats , 142 cockney evacuees about what I expected with the cup game friday on the horizon yet they gave us some right shit back in Sept with 260+ at the first league fixture - twankers !
