Longest serving manager....... West Brom!
#1
I am stunned that at some time, once, we let someone manage our club for a record length of time!

The longest-serving manager was West Brom's Fred Everiss, who held the post for 16,740 days between 1902 and 1948.

I was looking through our list of managers recently and marvelling at just how short-lived most of them are. No one's managed 100 games in charge of Albion since Mowbray (140), and only three other managers prior to Mogga's arrival had made it into triple figures in the last quarter of a century: Talbot (118), Buckley (118) and Megson (221).

In fact, those 221 games make Megson Albion's third longest-serving boss of all time after Everiss (1520) and Buckingham (301). The Halfords Lane entrance has always been a bit of a revolving door...
The Crown, Lords & Commons are the Crown, Lords & Commons of Rusty Lane, West Bromwich. In the heart of the empire on which the sun never sets, in the land of hope and glory, is Rusty Lane, West Bromwich. What do they know of England who only England know? The answer must be Rusty Lane, West Bromwich.
