Burton Albion midfielder Kegs Chauke has agreed a new two-year contract with the League One club.
The 22-year-old joined the Brewers from Southampton in June 2023 and has gone on to make 49 appearances, with the majority of those - 41 - coming last season as the club recovered from being nine points adrift of safety to avoid relegation by one point.
South Africa-born Chauke previously spent the 2022-23 campaign on loan at Exeter City, where he played 26 times and scored his first goals in senior football.
He was among seven out-of-contract players offered new deals by Burton at the end of last term.
Chauke's new deal follows head coach Gary Bowyer's fresh two-year contract and the permanent transfers of forward Fabio Tavares from Coventry City and Chelsea defender Dylan Williams.
Meanwhile, former Iceland international Jon Dadi Bodvarsson turned down the offer to extend his stay at the Pirelli Stadium.
He scored five goals in 13 appearances after joining Burton in January to help the Brewers avoid the drop last season.
