Notts County have signed former Borussia Monchengladbach player Keanan Bennetts and also brought in Luton midfielder Jayden Luker on a season-long loan.

Bennetts, 26, has signed a one-year contract following a successful trial at the League Two club.

Luker, 20, was on loan at Grimsby last season.

Bennetts, who can play wing-back, midfielder and as a forward, returns to England having spent the past three seasons playing in the German second tier and Austrian top flight.

His previous spell in the English Football League came during a loan with Ipswich Town, then in League One, in 2020-21.

Bennetts started his career with Tottenham before joining Gladbach in July 2018, where he would go on to make five Bundesliga appearances.

He dropped down a division for a loan spell with Darmstadt, helping them win promotion to the top flight in 2022-23.

He recently left Austria Klagenfurt, where he arrived on a short-term contract in January.

"We're very pleased to secure Keanan's services, having had the chance to work closely with him during his trial period," Notts director of football Roberto Gagliardi said., external

"Keanan has a mixture of everything you look for in an attack-minded wing-back, most notably his pace, power and strength - attributes we've been keen to add to the squad this summer.

"Jayden is another exciting, attack-minded player who will be enjoyable to watch.

"He's a good dribbler with pace and creativity, making him a threat both in terms of goals and assists, and is probably best suited to the number 10 role in our system while also being adept as a winger or support striker."

Notts County have signed Tottenham Hotspur teenager Tyrese Hall on a season-long loan.

The England Under-19 midfielder is yet to make a first-team appearances for Spurs, but was part of the club's Under-21 side that won the Premier League 2 title in 2024.

The 19-year-old becomes the second Tottenham prospect to move to Meadow Lane on loan in as many seasons, with George Abbott scoring six goals in 44 Magpies appearances last term.

"We've worked hard to bring Tyrese to Meadow Lane, with George Abbott's successful loan and our relationship with Tottenham undoubtedly being influential in him coming to us," Notts' director of football Roberto Gagliardi told the club website.
