An interesting though very concerning statistic, if the Albion had gone beyond 80 minutes tonight without scoring a goal, it would have been the worst goalless run in the clubs history. So it doesn't just feel bad, it is bad.

There really is a dearth of creativity in this squad.
The failure to replace Pereira was a huge mistake. What's the point having 6 or 7 strikers on the books when there's nobody to thread a pass?
If you look at the squad we were promoted with 2 years ago...
We have lost Robson Kanu, Austin, Pereira, Krovinovic, Grosicki, Edwards, Harper, Sawyers, Field.
And added Dike, Carroll, Grant, Mowatt, Mulumby.
In terms of numbers alone, we're miles behind. While the strikers are probably as good as what has gone, we've lost tones of creativity in midfield. Grant must be one of the least creative 'wingers' on the planet. Yes, he's got a decent shot and a bit of pace but he couldn't beat an egg. Is Mulumby really any better than Harper and Field? I'd argue he's a downgrade if anything. As daft as it sounds, Romaine Sawyers would be by far our best footballer this season had we kept him around.
The worst of it is, despite having zero creativity, we still don't have a proper defensive midfielder than we've been missing since Yacob left. Yokuslu showed how important this position is last season when he came in, yet despite our obvious improvement, we didn't both signing one in the summer.
The people running the club are absolutely clueless and stealing a living.

Our midfield was decimated when our stupid owners dumped them
Okay, Grosicki, NSM, Gallagher, Field, Harper, Sawyers, Pereira,
Replaced with Mowatt, Molumby, Reach
We know who is to blame.
