I note that IJ posted thrice about Porteous and did not receive any replies, so it seems it stung some people into silence. You actually agree with IJ that the red card was deserved, as do I, so what's wrong with acknowledging it? You can't condemn a player from a rival team for foul play and not admit it when it's your player - that's hypocritical. I also waited until the verdict from the beaks before I commented, which you suggest was the right thing to do.
Personally I'd like to see more Jumbos on the Scottish board. It makes for better debate when they have a valid point. Let's hope they can take it when their player is involved.
